How We Work

💸 1. Deposit First

• All projects require a 50% deposit up front before we start any work.

• You’ll get a full quote first so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

• Paying the deposit means you agree to our terms.

✏️ 2. Revisions

• You get 2 free rounds of revisions per project.

• Extra revisions for designs cost $45–$300, or more if the project is big.

• For websites, extra changes are billed as a percentage of the total cost.

• Big changes or new requests need a written “change order” with new pricing.

❌ 3. Cancellation

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel after we start, you may be charged for the work done so far and a kill fee.

🔒 4. Ownership & Copyright

• You don’t own the design or website until you’ve fully paid.

• Once paid in full, you get the rights to use the final work.

• If you use the work without paying, we can take legal action (yes, seriously).

⚖️ 5. Legal Stuff

• We’re based in Nevada, but we work with people worldwide.

• Any disputes will go to binding arbitration (faster than court).

• We aren’t responsible for things outside of our control.
